Hello, I was just wondering if there is any place in michigan "detroit" area to buy your batteries? I need 2 new ones for my 5th wheel trailer. The orginals lasted almost 10 yrs and now I want 2 new ones please help I don't want just any old it will work battery.
Since adding Thermoil Battery De-Mister to our batteries on our existing fleet of machines we have not found it necessary to add distilled water to any of those batteries in the last eight months. We have also used the Battery De-Sulfater to recover a large number of batteries that we thought were dead. This has saved us a great deal of money and meant we haven't had to send a large number of batteries to disposal.
We now specify to our machine suppliers of new equipment that all batteries should be delivered with Thermoil Battery De-Mister as a standard requirement for all new platforms supplied to Platform Hire Ltd.
Thermoil products work very effectively and save us a great deal of maintenance time and money!

I've just returned from a Bluegrass Sams chapter weekend meeting with about fifteen rigs attending. Saturday afternoon we were sitting around the campfire and I was recounting my search for a Thermoil battery and my subsequent education about Thermoil and its virtues. As a result I have taken orders for twelve bottles of Thermoil Additive. A question arose that I couldn't answer. What is the shelf life of these bottles? I was amazed at the response, and I wasn't even trying to sell the product. By the way, is shipping prepaid an order this large (tongue in cheek)? GET THE WORD OUT!! This product should sell like "GANG BUSTERS".
Thanks for the reply! It's great to see a company who cares about their customers. Your product came on a personal referral from a friend and fellow Airstreamer. Our trailers were equipped with ferro-resonant converters that fry the battery with a consistent 14.5-15.5(!) volts whenever they're plugged into shore power. He's had great success with your product.
I'm going to take you up on your offer for advice on battery manufacturer. I need to replace two batteries in my Ford F350 PowerStroke Diesel (model year 2000). The batteries have failed prematurely due to loss of electrolytes. I didn't keep close enough track of them and they must have gotten too hot and lost electrolyte. I've got cells that are reading way over .05 specific gravity difference after full charge and dissipation of surface charge. I'm trying to rehab them with a pulse charger, but I'm not holding out much hope. With winter approaching, I think it's best to look at replacement.
I'm sorry I don't have the group size handy here. They are SAE top post. Originals were Motorcraft.
Being a diesel, these batteries do get a workout. They are 12V hooked up in parallel.
Thanks,
Dallas
P.S. let me know if you need more specifics such as the group size. Also, I live in Indianapolis, so we have most of the major brands available locally.
I have been using your batteries in my 5th wheel for 6 years. Although these batteries are still good I will need to replace them eventually. Your website indicates that you no longer supply batteries, only the oil. Since I have had such good service from my current batteries I would like to replace them with at least equivilent units and add your oil.
My question is what batteries are at least equivilent to the ones you supplied to the R V manufacturer? They are 12volt deep cycle group 24 batteries.
Thank you for the quick service. The last invoice was for $305.28, if this is the correct amount let me know and I will send the check out tomorrow. Also if you have any one in this area that needs product let me know maybe we can work out something where I can stock the product. Just a thought. The product works like you said it would. I haven't put water in my 24 L-16's in almost 6 months. Normally it's every 45-60 days.
