I see you sell the bottle of oil now but didn’t you used to sell the battery with the Thermoil® already in it named Thermoil Battery?
Yes, for about 9 years we sold the Thermoil battery and at one time we supplied about 70% of all the RV Manufacturers. We were able to ship pallets or truck loads of batteries anywhere and compete but the problem was when we had to ship 1 to 10 batteries it cost about $70 to $90 dollars per battery to ship. This is when you need battery specialists all across the country and only the big battery companies have that kind of distribution and they did not want to work with us. Believe me all the RV manufacturers tested our battery first before they started to use them but when someone had a defective battery we could not service the customer because we had no distributor or battery specialists in that persons location. As a result we would tell them to buy a battery somewhere and send us the bill and we would pay for it. The RV manufacturers kept telling us if we can’t take care of their customers and their dealers then they would have to buy batteries from someone who could. This is how we lost the RV manufacturers and so in mid-year 2000 we came out with the bottle of oil. We are no longer going to try to compete with the big battery companies battery for battery because we don’t manufacture batteries. We are mainly just going to sell the Thermoil® De-Mister additive. This will give us instant distribution for anyone who wants Thermoil® because when you ship a battery that is hazardous material because of the acid but when you just ship the oil it is not. Now we can ship Thermoil® anywhere in the world by UPS, mail, or Fed Ex. For the first time we now have instant distribution.
